Privately owned by an ex-pro, but set up like a muni. No tee times, just get in line, lots of hackers, 5+ hour round is common, but under $30.

A 1920s Donald Ross beauty that allows texas wedges to most all greens from many sides and still has strategic traps placed to catch fades and draws. A real pleasure to play.
